  • 180 grams all-purpose flour
  • 28 grams almond flour
  • 92 grams powdered sugar
  • 96 grams softened butter
  • 32 milliliters milk
  • 52 grams cornflour
  • Nutella for stuffing

Method:

  1. Cream the butter and sugar: Whisk together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Mix in the dry ingredients: Add the all-purpose flour, almond flour, powdered sugar, milk, and cornflour to the creamed butter and sugar mixture. Mix well.
  3. Chill the dough: Place the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Roll and cut: Roll out the dough between two parchment papers into a chapatti (a flatbread). Cut the dough into circles and place them on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake: Bake the cookies at 160 degrees Celsius (320 degrees Fahrenheit) for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are slightly browned.
  6. Cool: Let the cookies cool completely.
  7. Fill and assemble: Using a piping bag, pipe Nutella onto one cookie. Cover with another cookie.
