OnePlus has officially announced the pricing and availability details for its latest premium tablet, the OnePlus Pad 3, in the Indian market. Initially unveiled globally in June, the tablet will be accessible to Indian consumers starting September 5, 2025. The pricing for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant is set at ₹47,999, while the higher-end version with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage will be available for ₹52,999. Customers can select from two stylish color finishes: Storm Blue and Frosted Silver. The Pad 3 will be sold through major online platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and the official OnePlus online store, as well as select brick-and-mortar retailers across the nation.
To enhance the launch appeal, OnePlus is offering special incentives for early adopters. Buyers who purchase the tablet between September 5 and 7 will receive a complimentary Stylo 2 stylus or a folio case. Furthermore, bank promotions will reduce the effective starting price to ₹42,999 for the base model, providing additional motivation for customers to upgrade. In terms of performance and hardware, the OnePlus Pad 3 is engineered to rival flagship tablets from leading brands. It features Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite processor along with the Adreno 830 GPU, delivering seamless multitasking, gaming, and productivity capabilities. Depending on the variant, it offers up to 16GB LPDDR5T RAM and 512GB UFS 4.0 storage, making it an excellent choice for demanding users.
The tablet is equipped with a 13.2-inch LCD display, boasting a resolution of 2400 x 3392 pixels. It supports an adaptive refresh rate of 144Hz, a touch sampling rate of 540Hz, and a peak brightness level of 600 nits. Certified by TUV Rheinland Eye Care 4.0, the screen is optimized for extended use. With a distinctive 7:5 aspect ratio and nearly 90% screen-to-body ratio, the display is designed for reading, browsing, and productivity. Despite housing a substantial battery, the Pad 3 remains impressively thin at 5.97mm and weighs 675 grams. For photography and document scanning, the tablet features a 13-megapixel rear camera, complemented by an 8-megapixel front camera for selfies and video conferencing.
The audio experience is enhanced by an eight-speaker system that provides immersive sound for both entertainment and professional use. On the software side, the tablet operates on OxygenOS 15, based on Android 15, and incorporates AI-driven features like Google’s Circle to Search and Gemini support, which enhance usability. Security is managed through face unlock technology. The device is powered by a 12,140mAh battery that supports 80W SuperVOOC fast charging. OnePlus claims the Pad 3 can remain on standby for up to 72 days and can be fully charged in approximately 92 minutes.
With its combination of high-performance hardware, premium display, AI-enhanced features, and robust battery life, the OnePlus Pad 3 is positioned as a formidable contender in the premium tablet market in India.
