Actor Paresh Rawal has rejoined the cast of Hera Pheri 3 after resolving differences with Akshay Kumar and the production team. He will reprise his comedic role as Baburao. Filming is scheduled to begin between February and March 2026. Rawal mentioned that his relationship with director Priyadarshan has improved. He also confirmed that there will be no standalone spin-off featuring Baburao, as the character requires the presence of Raju (played by Akshay Kumar) and Shyam (played by Suniel Shetty). Hera Pheri 3 is slated for release in 2026, with Priyadarshan directing and Akshay Kumar producing.
