Preparation:
Ingredients:
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- 1 cucumber, finely chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 capsicum, finely chopped
- 1 green chili
- 2-3 tablespoons coriander leaves
- 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black salt
- 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
Method:
- Prepare the vegetables: Wash and cut tomatoes, cucumber, onion, capsicum, and green chili. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Add seasonings: Add lemon juice, salt, black salt, roasted cumin powder, and chaat masala to the bowl.
- Combine ingredients: Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Garnish and serve: Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and mix again. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving chilled.
