Following the success of the pan-India hit Mirai, People Media Factory is preparing to release another significant project, the romantic musical film TelusuKada. The movie features Siddu Jonnalagadda, Raashi Khanna, and Srinidhi Shetty, and is directed by Neeraja Kona, who is transitioning from a celebrity stylist to a filmmaker. Produced by TG Vishwa Prasad and Kriti Prasad, TelusuKada is scheduled for a grand theatrical launch on October 17. With its teaser gaining widespread attention and its songs dominating music charts, excitement surrounding the film is high.
During a press conference, lead actress Raashi Khanna provided insights into the film, sharing that while it centers on a love triangle, it delves into a distinctive emotional theme that is bound to surprise viewers. “I was taken aback during filming by how unpredictable the narrative is. The audience will encounter something refreshing. This film will ignite discussions about love and its limitations,” she commented. Raashi portrays Anjali, a character she describes as emotionally complex and unlike any role she has previously undertaken. She praised her co-star Siddu Jonnalagadda for his dedication to his craft and expertise in filmmaking. Raashi also expressed admiration for director Neeraja Kona, noting, “Neeraja impressed me with her exceptional writing.
Despite this being her directorial debut, she operates with the skill of a seasoned filmmaker.” Additionally, she acknowledged Thaman S for creating beautiful music, particularly the popular song Mallika Gandha. She concluded by mentioning her future projects, including Ustaad Bhagat Singh alongside Pawan Kalyan and four Hindi films in the works.
