Srinagar, April 19 (). The Meteorological Department on Wednesday predicted heavy rain or thunderstorm in Jammu and Kashmir during the next 24 hours.
The weather was similar in the Union Territory on Tuesday.
Light rain or thundershowers are very likely to be widespread over Jammu and Kashmir during the next 24 hours, an official of the Meteorological Department said.
Meanwhile, Srinagar recorded a minimum temperature of 10.3 degrees Celsius, Pahalgam 5.4 and Gulmarg 2 degrees Celsius.
In the Ladakh region, Kargil recorded 3.3 degrees Celsius and Leh recorded 1.6 degrees Celsius.
Jammu recorded a minimum temperature of 17.4, Katra 16, Batote 10.1, Banihal 10.2 and Bhaderwah 11.9 degrees Celsius.
