Roasted Chickpea Laddoo Recipe

Preparation:
Ingredients:
- 2 cups roasted chickpeas (chana dal)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1/4 cup chopped dry fruits (optional)
Method:
- Grind chickpeas: Grind the roasted chickpeas in a mixer grinder until you get a smooth powder.
- Roast the powder: Heat ghee in a deep pan over medium heat. Add the chickpea powder and roast on low heat until it turns light golden brown. Stir continuously to prevent burning.
- Mix with sugar and cardamom: When the chickpea powder is well roasted and fragrant, turn off the heat. Add powdered sugar and cardamom powder and mix well.
- Make ladoos: Let the mixture cool slightly until it can be handled. Take a small amount of the mixture in your palms and roll it into balls. You can press chopped dry fruits on top for decoration (optional).
- Store: Place the ladoos in an airtight container. These ladoos can stay fresh for a few weeks. Enjoy these delicious roasted chickpea ladoos with family and friends.
