Market analysts echo this sentiment; research firm DFC Intelligence previously projected that pre-orders for GTA 6 could exceed $1 billion, with first-year revenues potentially surpassing $3.2 billion. Consulting firm IDG remarked that the demand for GTA 6 is unmatched by any previous game or entertainment franchise. The heightened anticipation stems from years of speculation, leaks, and Rockstar’s limited official communications. Take-Two Interactive CEO Strauss Zelnick noted that the enthusiasm surrounding GTA 6 surpasses anything he has seen in the entertainment sector. Recently, Rockstar unveiled the second trailer for GTA 6, which set records with over 475 million views across social media platforms in just one day, making it the largest video launch ever.
