The upgraded Samsung Care+ service introduces industry-leading coverage for software updates and screen malfunctions (excluding physical damage). This initiative guarantees customers complete peace of mind, addressing not only hardware issues but also software performance and display concerns, thereby establishing Samsung Care+ as the most extensive appliance protection program in the market.
