These images, showcasing their presence in luxurious hotels, on private yachts, and at high-end pubs overseas, have ignited intense discussions on social media regarding the origins of their apparent affluence. This controversy comes on the heels of a significant defeat for the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) in the Bihar assembly elections, which has seemingly intensified family tensions. On Sunday, Rohini Acharya, Lalu Prasad’s daughter, announced her departure from both the party and the family.
In a strongly worded statement, she accused Sanjay Yadav and Rameez of fostering discord, interfering in political matters, and misleading her brother Tejashwi Prasad Yadav. She further claimed to have faced intimidation, including threats involving slippers during internal conflicts. Acharya alleged that there are individuals within the party actively working to destabilize the family and undermine its political position. Party insiders claim that Yadav and Rameez frequently utilize private jets, vacation on exclusive beaches, and reside in seven-star accommodations.
