Stonecraft Group, a prominent name in sustainable and biophilic real estate, has unveiled plans for a significant 110-acre integrated township at Yadagiri Gutta, Telangana, with a projected revenue potential of ₹1,100 crore. Dubbed Temple Town, this development aims to harmoniously blend tradition and modernity, drawing from the region’s spiritual and cultural heritage to create a tranquil yet contemporary living space. Located in proximity to the revered Lakshmi Narasimha Temple, Temple Town will comprise two main elements: 90 acres of premium residential plots, estimated to yield around ₹500 crore, and a 20-acre Senior Living enclave featuring 333 independent homes, expected to contribute nearly ₹600 crore in revenue.

The temple, dedicated to Lord Narasimha, an avatar of Lord Vishnu, has historically been a pilgrimage and faith center for devotees throughout South India. Its recent extensive redevelopment by the Telangana government has revitalized Yadagiri Gutta into a dynamic spiritual and cultural center, stimulating infrastructure development and establishing the area as a prime location for both spiritual tourism and modern residential projects.
Planned as a gated, environmentally friendly, and self-sufficient township, the project will emphasize both practicality and aesthetic appeal, featuring wide cement-concrete roads, terracotta paver footpaths, and underground systems for utilities such as electricity, water, and drainage. Purpose-built temples, landscaped areas, and a wellness-oriented clubhouse will define the spiritual and social character of the development. The forthcoming Hyderabad MMTS rail extension will further enhance connectivity to the township, increasing its attractiveness as a residential hub in the region. Based in Hyderabad, Stonecraft Group is engaged in developing over 14.5 million square feet (335 acres) across various sustainable projects within the city.
These projects include Woods Shamshabad, a 60-acre eco-friendly residential area with Miyawaki forests near Hyderabad International Airport, Stonecraft Townships that create green urban environments in areas like Indresham, Shamshabad, and Yadagirigutta, and Woods Indresham, which offers luxury plots amidst a mango orchard in Indresham, near Patancheru, Hyderabad. Future projects include Stonecraft Woods Shamshabad Phase-II, which will expand the Miyawaki forest with 150 farm units in Shamshabad, Hyderabad.
