Hyderabad: Stonecraft Group, a developer based in Hyderabad that focuses on sustainable and biophilic real estate, has revealed plans for a significant 110-acre integrated township project at Yadagiri Gutta in Telangana, with an estimated revenue potential of Rs 1,100 crore. The development, called Temple Town, aims to create a contemporary community grounded in the region’s spiritual and cultural heritage. Situated near the renowned Lakshmi Narasimha Temple, the project will include 90 acres of premium residential plots—anticipated to yield around Rs 500 crore—and a 20-acre senior living community comprising 333 independent homes, projected to bring in nearly Rs 600 crore.
Kirthi Chilukuri, Founder and Managing Director of Stonecraft Group, stated that the project sets a new standard for integrated living in Telangana. “Temple Town embodies our dedication to developing spaces that respect India’s spiritual foundations while catering to the needs of modern homebuyers,” he commented. “There is a growing demand for residences in spiritually significant locations that offer tranquility, purpose, and a sense of belonging. Our senior living community will meet the increasing requirement for wellness-oriented homes for seniors.” The township is inspired by the rich history of the Lakshmi Narasimha Temple, a major pilgrimage site in Telangana.
The recent government-led enhancement of Yadadri has expedited local infrastructure improvements, boosting the area’s appeal as a favored spot for spiritual tourism and residential investment. Designed as a self-sustaining, eco-friendly, and secure community, Temple Town will include extensive CC roads, terracotta paver walkways, underground utilities, landscaped spaces, specialized temples, and a wellness-focused clubhouse. The proposed extension of the Hyderabad MMTS to the area is expected to further enhance connectivity and residential attractiveness. Stonecraft Group is currently working on over 14.5 million sq. ft. (335 acres) of sustainable projects throughout Hyderabad.
