  1. Roast vermicelli: Heat 1 tablespoon ghee in a pan over low heat. Add vermicelli and roast until golden brown. Set aside.
  2. Fry dry fruits: Heat 2 tablespoons ghee in the same pan. Add almonds, cashews, and raisins and fry until lightly browned. Set aside.
  3. Cook vermicelli: Bring 1 1/2 cups water to a boil in the same pan. Add crushed cardamom pods or cardamom powder.
  4. Combine ingredients: Add the roasted vermicelli to the boiling water and cook until the water is absorbed.
  5. Add sugar and dry fruits: Stir in the granulated sugar and cooked dry fruits. Continue to cook until the sugar melts.
  6. Finish cooking: Cover the pan and cook until the vermicelli is dry and the sugar has caramelized.
  7. Serve: Serve the sweet vermicelli hot.
