 Combine yogurt, lemon juice, ghee or oil, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, red pepper (if using), garam masala powder, and salt in a bowl.

  1. Add tandoori masala powder and mix well.
  2. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
  3. To let the flavors develop, cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve with tandoori dishes, naan, or rice.

Note: You can adjust the quantity of spices to your preference.
