Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles, a leader in sustainable mobility solutions, has commenced deliveries of the advanced Tata Prima E.55S battery electric prime mover to Enviiiro Wheels Mobility, a prominent provider of green transportation solutions in the power, mining, cement, and steel industries. The initial batch of vehicles was delivered today in Chittorgarh, Rajasthan. The heavy-duty, zero-emission Prima E.55S is intended for transporting minerals and ores. It provides a range of up to 350 km on a single charge and includes a 3-speed Auto Shift transmission with an e-axle for optimal efficiency, in addition to dual gun fast charging capability for maximum uptime. The vehicle is equipped with advanced technologies such as a Driver Monitoring System, Lane Departure Warning, Tyre Pressure Monitoring System, and Cruise Control, alongside an Electronic Braking System and optional ADAS features for improved safety.
The premium Prima cabin includes a pneumatically suspended seat and a tilt-and-telescopic steering wheel, enhancing driver comfort and convenience to reduce fatigue and increase productivity.
