The Uttar Pradesh health department announced on Tuesday that 15 temporary hospitals are being established for the Deepotsav festival to safeguard the health and safety of the attending devotees and tourists. Furthermore, ambulances will be available 24/7 at 10 strategic locations throughout the festival area. Dr. Sushil Kumar Baniyan, Ayodhya’s Chief Medical Officer, stated that there will be comprehensive monitoring of health services during Deepotsav. Each hospital will be stocked with essential medications, paramedical personnel, and specialist physicians.
Ambulances will be continuously stationed at various locations, including the Control Room, Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Complex, Shri Hanumangarhi, Shri Kanak Bhavan Temple Complex, Pakka Ghat, Bandha Tiraha (Veena Crossing), Hanuman Gufa (Shri Ram Katha Museum), Saket Petrol Pump, Ayodhya Dham Railway Station, and Shri Nageshwar Nath Temple. Additionally, 50 beds have been set aside in three major hospitals to ensure readiness for emergencies during the event.
