Jodhpur . The bodies of two children who were missing for two days were found hanging from a noose on Sunday in Boranada police station area of Jodhpur district of Rajasthan. These bodies were found from the house of 70-year-old suspected accused Shyam Singh Bhati. Police is investigating this case from the angle of kidnapping and murder. The bodies of the children have been sent to the mortuary.
Investigation of Jodhpur FSL team continues
Considering the seriousness of the incident, the FSL (Forensic Science Lab) team was called on the spot. Initial investigation has revealed that this murder could be the result of a transaction dispute between the working partners working in the factory and the owner.
The accused had assured to take the children from the house
SHO Shakeel Ahmed said that the accused Shyam Singh Bhati is a resident of Jodhpur ‘s Phalodi and was living separately from his family for a long time. The deceased children’s father Pradeep Pal and the accused worked in a factory. A few days ago, the accused took Pradeep Pal’s 13-year-old daughter Tamanna and 8-year-old son Shivpal from home. He promised that he would drop the children back home after some time.
However, when the children were not brought back, the family filed a complaint at the police station on Saturday evening. On Sunday morning, the police searched the house of the accused and found the bodies of the children hanging from a noose.
Investigation has revealed that there was a dispute between Shyam singh and Pradeep regarding transactions during factory work. After this dispute, Pradeep stopped going to Shyam singh’s factory, due to which Shyam singh’s work got affected. Despite being angry, he did not express his dissatisfaction, but went with the children and this tragic incident occurred.
Search for the accused continues
Police have confirmed that the accused Shyam Singh Bhati is still absconding. A team has been formed to search for him. The police station officer said that this case may be related to financial dispute. He said, “We are investigating from every angle and the accused will be arrested soon.”
