Lucknow, May 29 (). The Samajwadi Party (SP), the Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) and the Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee have criticized the central government for the detention of protesting wrestlers by the Delhi Police from the Jantar Mantar protest site. SP chief Akhilesh Yadav said, this incident makes it clear that all the slogans of BJP on women’s safety and respect were hollow and only to grab votes of women.
