Investors Can Check Urban Company's IPO Allotment Status Online

Urban Company’s IPO share allotment occurred on Tuesday, September 16. Investors can verify their allotment status on the NSE, BSE, or MUFG Intime India website. The IPO was highly successful, with subscriptions reaching 103 times in total. Big institutions subscribed 140 times, retail investors subscribed 39 times, and other investors subscribed 74 times. The IPO size was ₹1,900 crore, consisting of a ₹472 crore fresh issue and a ₹1,428 crore offer for sale. The share price ranged from ₹98 to ₹103. Refunds for unsuccessful applicants will be processed on September 16, and shares for successful investors will be credited on the same day. The stock is set to be listed on the NSE and BSE on Wednesday, September 17.
