Vivo has officially introduced its flagship X300 series in global markets, which includes two premium smartphones: the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro. Both models showcase significant enhancements compared to last year’s X200 lineup, featuring the new MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset and upgraded camera systems co-engineered with Zeiss. This series is tailored for photography enthusiasts and power users in search of top-notch performance and imaging flexibility. The X300 series maintains the familiar design aesthetics from Vivo’s X lineup, characterized by a large circular camera module with Zeiss branding. The Vivo X300 is offered in Halo Pink and Phantom Black, while the X300 Pro is available in Dune Brown and Phantom Black.
Both smartphones are IP68 rated for water and dust resistance, combining durability with style. The standout feature of the X300 series is its camera hardware. The Vivo X300 Pro features a 50MP Sony LYT-828 main sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultra-wide sensor, and a robust 200MP periscope telephoto lens with OIS. The standard Vivo X300 employs a 200MP Samsung HPB primary sensor with OIS, a 50MP LYT-602 periscope telephoto lens, and the same 50MP ultra-wide camera as the Pro variant. Both devices are equipped with Zeiss-branded optics to deliver exceptional image quality.
The X300 Pro is integrated with Zeiss V3+ and Vs1 imaging chips, where the Vs1 chip is responsible for pre-processing and the V3+ chip enhances post-processing for improved detail and color fidelity. In addition, Vivo offers a telephoto extender kit for photography professionals, priced at €600 (approximately ₹61,585). Both models include a 50MP front camera for clear and detailed selfies. The Vivo X300 Pro features a 6.78-inch 1.5K flat BOE Q10+ LTPO OLED display, while the X300 has a slightly smaller 6.31-inch screen with the same resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. Both displays are designed to provide excellent brightness, contrast, and smooth visuals, making them ideal for gaming and multimedia consumption.
Both smartphones are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, coupled with LPDDR5x RAM for efficient multitasking. The global X300 Pro is equipped with a 5,440mAh battery, while the X300 contains a 5,360mAh battery, which is slightly smaller than their counterparts in China. Both devices support 90W wired and 40W wireless fast charging capabilities. Vivo is anticipated to launch the X300 series in India in early December 2025. In Europe, the Vivo X300 starts at €1,049 (approximately ₹1,07,600) for the 12GB+256GB variant, while the Vivo X300 Pro is priced at €1,399 (approximately ₹1,43,000) for the 16GB+512GB model.
Though the precise pricing for India has yet to be disclosed, it is expected to align with the Vivo X200 series, which was introduced at ₹65,999 for the base variant and ₹94,999 for the Pro model. With Zeiss imaging technology, a flagship MediaTek chipset, and premium build quality, the Vivo X300 series is poised to become one of the most formidable Android flagships of 2025.
