In Tulsi Vihar Colony, a woman cheated of Rs 10,000 in the name of getting a job from a beauty parlor operator. At the same time, the matter of cheating lakhs of rupees by the accused woman from other 11 people has also come to the fore. On the complaint of the victims, the Kotwali police have registered a case and started investigation.
Beauty parlor operator Shobha told the police that on April 3, a woman came to her parlor. She started calling herself an anganwadi worker. Promised to get a job of 22 thousand per month and put a condition of giving money first. Coming to his words, he transferred Rs 10,000 to his account twice through online medium. Later he stopped receiving calls. After that, when Shobha reached Ghaziabad at her address, it was found that the woman’s name is Sunita alias Priyanka and she had duped 11 other people as well.
