Sudhin Mathur, Chief Operating Officer of Xiaomi India. ‘Launching these Premium Service Centres is a strategic move to deepen that connection and enhance customer experience in India.’ The new centres are designed to surpass traditional after-sales support by placing users at the center of their operations, reimagining every aspect of the ownership journey. Customers can anticipate an improved experience characterized by a welcoming atmosphere and quicker, more efficient service. The centres are capable of completing 95% of repairs within 24 hours, an increase from the previous 89%, thanks to advanced diagnostic tools and systematic quality checks. Moreover, Xiaomi ranks among the top brands for service speed, with 52% of customer issues being resolved in under four hours.

For repairs taking longer than two hours, customers will have access to standby handsets to ensure continuous connectivity. In alignment with its inclusivity and modern workplace policies, these centres also promote gender diversity, empowering women within the service sector. Each location is staffed with certified engineers trained in the latest Xiaomi technologies and supported by ongoing upskilling programs. Dedicated Customer Relationship Managers offer personalized assistance in English, Hindi, and local languages, making the service experience more accessible. The centres are envisioned as holistic experience hubs, allowing customers to explore and purchase Xiaomi products, enjoy paperless operations in line with the brand’s sustainability commitment, and engage in community initiatives.
