The convoy of dozens of vehicles along with the Sandesh Yatra left from Bersiala, passed through various villages of Jaisalmer and reached Alok Ashram Barmer in the evening. Before the first departure, the Sandesh Yatra chariot was welcomed by the girls in Bersiala village by applying Tilak and flowers were showered on all the vehicles and volunteers involved in the Yatra.
Starting from Bersiala, the Yatra was given a grand welcome in the villages like Khuhdi Dhoba, Janra, Chelak Deora, Jogidas’s village, Guman Singh’s Dhani, Jhinjhinyali Kunda, Mungeria, Balasar Shiv Kotda, Sura Bishala, Bhadresh Chuli Hapo’s Dhani, Danji’s Hodi etc.
Jaisalmer division head of Kshatriya Yuvak Sangh, Tarendra Singh Jhinjhinyali, while inviting people to go to Delhi for the birth centenary program, said that for this, two special trains each have been booked from Jaisalmer and Barmer.
