Ghaziabad, May 5 (). The Chief Minister was on his stormy tour today regarding the civic body elections. Today, he held rally at many places covering Meerut Mandal completely. CM also reached Ghaziabad on Friday. He addressed an election rally in support of BJP’s civic body candidates at Ramlila Maidan in Kavinagar. During this, the Chief Minister appealed for the victory of the BJP candidates for the development of the country.
Yogi Adityanath said, curfew used to be imposed before festivals in Uttar Pradesh. Today the Kanwar Yatra proceeds peacefully from Dudheshwar Temple in Ghaziabad to Haridwar. Today no one takes the name of curfew. Yogi gave the slogan – no curfew, no riots, everything is fine in UP. Addressing the public meeting, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said, the family party must have also come at the time of elections. As soon as they come to power, they become gunmen. They hold the pistol in the hands of the youth. Today in Uttar Pradesh the youth have tablets instead of guns. Tablets are being made available to 2 crore youth in UP. Through this, the youth of Uttar Pradesh are contributing in making Uttar Pradesh of New India by connecting themselves with talent-technology.
Yogi reminded that before 2017, daughters in UP were afraid to go to school. Mother and sisters could not go to the market. The businessman used to do business by hiding his head that he never knew when he would get a call for extortion. I have been an MP for 5 times. Lived in Delhi then, but did not wish to come to Ghaziabad. Because the law and order situation was bad. We eliminated the goons in the BJP government.
The Chief Minister said, earlier it used to take 4 hours to cover the distance from Meerut to Delhi. This time has been reduced by making a highway from Meerut to Ghaziabad. Rapid Rail is going to be launched next month, it will further reduce this distance. Instead of 4 hours, the distance will be covered in just 40-45 minutes.
