Bhopal, 26 April (). Assembly elections are going to be held in Madhya Pradesh this year and the Congress is constantly engaged in ground mobilization, for this it is also making changes and continuing the process of handing over responsibilities to new people.
Congress does not want to lag behind in trying all the tricks for the upcoming assembly elections. On the one hand, where his eyes are on the disgruntled leaders of the BJP, on the other hand, every possible effort is being made to activate the leaders of the party.
If we look at the steps taken by the party in the past, one thing is clearly visible that the party has kept all kinds of political arrows in its quiver to win the elections. Ex-Chief Minister Digvijay Singh’s activism has increased in those 66 assembly seats where the Congress has been facing defeat for a long time. Not only this, 16 prominent leaders of the party have been assigned the responsibilities of different areas of the state.
On the one hand, the State President Kamal Nath is trying to make better use of the leaders of the state, and he himself is talking to the workers by reaching different places and speaking with full force among the public. On the other hand, the state in-charge Jayaprakash Agarwal has also assigned the responsibility of different regions to the secretaries appointed by the national leadership. A change has also been made in these national secretaries and a new appointment has been made by relieving the national secretary Dr. Sudhanshu Tripathi, who exerted full force in the Bundelkhand region during the last elections. The party leaders at the grassroots level are not considering this change in the interest of the party, as Tripathi was currently continuously active in the Gwalior-Chambal region.
If Congress sources are to be believed, there is no direct factionalism in the Congress, but all the big leaders are engaged in organizing themselves. These leaders are not assessing the ground situation much and are being entrusted with the responsibility, due to which there is a possibility of loss to the party.
