ETV Win, a prominent Telugu OTT platform, has introduced an innovative anthology series titled ‘4 Tales’ under the theme ‘4 Stories, 4 Emotions, 4 Sundays.’ This initiative aims to provide fresh storytelling to digital viewers and is part of ETV Win’s ‘Katha Sudha’ project, which supports and promotes new talent in cinema. This week, the first episode, ‘The Mask,’ premiered digitally. The trailer created significant buzz prior to its launch, as it was presented by notable film figures, including the renowned director Ram Gopal Varma (RGV), director Harish Shankar, and famous music composer G.V. Prakash Kumar, whose involvement heightened expectations for this unique web series.
‘The Mask’ narrates the compelling tale of a young man who finds himself ensnared in debt after losing money through cricket betting. In a desperate attempt to settle his obligations, he decides to commit burglary at a residence but soon becomes entangled in an unforeseen and perilous predicament. The narrative delves into his confrontation with this transformative crisis. Directed by Kottepalli Suresh, the story effectively intertwines suspense, emotional drama, and dark humor within a concise format, delivering a cinematic experience suited for the small screen. The film is produced under Katha Gani Pictures and presented by Rishikeshwar Yogi, known for his work on Narudi Brathuku Natana.
The leading roles are portrayed by Ravan Nitturi and Gaddam Srinivas, who deliver powerful performances. The technical crew includes cinematographer Akshay Vasoori, music composer Vishal Bharadwaj, and editor Rishikeshwar Yogi. Baby Viransh and Deepika Alola are co-producers, with Dhruv Chitran serving as the executive producer. ‘The Mask’ is currently available for streaming exclusively on ETV Win from Sunday, 12 October 2025, marking a promising beginning for the ‘4 Tales’ anthology series.
