Orkla India’s IPO is valued at ₹1,667.54 crore and is structured as a book-built issue, comprising solely an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 2.28 crore shares from existing shareholders. The bidding period for the IPO will run from October 29 to October 31, 2025, with the allotment date set for November 3, 2025. The tentative listing date is November 6, 2025, on the BSE and NSE. The price band is set at ₹730 per share, with a lot size of 20 shares, making the minimum retail investment ₹14,600. For small investors (sNII), 14 lots, totaling 280 shares, will amount to ₹2,04,400, while big investors (bNII) can acquire 69 lots, or 1,380 shares, for ₹10,07,400.
