Bhubaneswar: Union minister Dharmendra Pradhan stated on Friday that the electorate has dismissed the divisive and negative strategies of the Congress party and its allies in the recently concluded Assembly elections in Bihar. Upon his arrival at Bhubaneswar Airport, Pradhan, who served as the BJP’s election in-charge for the Bihar Assembly elections, was warmly welcomed by party leaders and supporters following their significant electoral success. Pradhan remarked to reporters that the NDA’s triumph in the Bihar elections is a reflection of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision and Nitish Kumar’s leadership. He expressed sincere appreciation to the people of Bihar for reaffirming their confidence in Modi’s vision and Kumar’s governance.
Pradhan noted that Modi has outlined the vision of Purvodaya, aiming for the development of the eastern states of India, asserting that the nation’s growth cannot be realized without progress in this region. “The NDA’s opportunity to serve Bihar again after 20 years is a strong endorsement of Prime Minister Modi’s leadership. The Bharatiya Janata Party and the NDA have earned the trust of the public by fostering a welfare-driven governance model. The populace has rejected the divisive and negative politics championed by the Congress party,” Pradhan stated. He also expressed gratitude to the voters of Nuapada Assembly constituency for supporting BJP candidate Jay Dholakia, who won the by-election by a substantial margin.
Pradhan congratulated Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi and State BJP president Manmohan Samal for the party’s decisive victory in the Nuapada by-election. Additionally, BJP MLA Agasti Behera remarked that the warm reception for Dharmendra Pradhan at Bhubaneswar airport reflects the overwhelming support from the people of Odisha. He noted that Pradhan’s significant role in the BJP’s success in the Bihar elections has enhanced his popularity. Pradhan is set to visit Puri to pray at the Shree Jagannath Temple and participate in events in Dhamnagar, Bhadrak district.
