Preparation:
For dabeli masala
- Coriander powder – 2 tablespoons
- Cumin powder – 1 teaspoon
- Red pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- Amchur powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- Sugar – 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt – to taste
For potato stuffing
- Potatoes – 3-4 boiled
- Oil – 1 teaspoon
- Cumin – 1 spoon
- Hing – 1/2 spoon
- Dabeli Masala – 1 spoon
- Pomegranate grains – 1/4 cup
- Roasted peanuts – 1/4 cup
- Salt – to taste
For the sauce
- Dates-Tamarind sauce – 1/2 cup
- Garlic sauce – 1/4 cup (made with garlic, red pepper, and salt)
- Green coriander sauce – 1/4 cup
- Buns and other stuff
- Paw – 6-8
- Butter – 1/4 cup
- Thinly chopped onion – 1/4 cup
- Thinly cut green coriander – 1/4 cup
- Sev – 1/4 cup
For the garnish – pomegranate grains and roasted peanuts
