Hyderabad: SSF Global, a prominent industry association in the Enterprise Functions, Technology, and GCC sectors, successfully hosted its 14th Annual GCC Conclave & GCC Excellence Awards on August 21 & 22, 2025, at the ITC Kakatiya Hyderabad. This two-day event attracted over 1,500 professionals and industry leaders to explore the theme ‘Building GCC as the Strategic Asset for Enterprise Growth.’ This year, the conclave highlighted the significant transformation of Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India, which have evolved from mere service hubs to essential contributors to strategic growth and competitive advantage. The event provided a crucial platform for key decision-makers to exchange experiential insights.
Rakesh Sinha, Founder & CEO of SSF Global & Quintes Global, remarked, ‘This year’s conclave was a powerful demonstration of the maturity and strategic importance of GCCs in the global business landscape.’ The impactful discussions on AI adoption, talent management, and value delivery underscored that GCCs are not just focused on efficiency; they are central to innovation and resilience for multinational corporations. Highlights included the Founder’s Opening Remarks by Rakesh Sinha, an inaugural address by Shri Jishnu Dev Varma, the Hon’ble Governor of Telangana, who inaugurated the event with inspiring thoughts and the unveiling of a publication. Shri Sanjay Kumar, IAS, Special Chief Secretary for ITE&C and Industries & Commerce Departments of the Govt. of Telangana, delivered an inspirational address as the Guest of Honor. Additionally, Sri M. Dana Kishore, IAS, Principal Secretary to the Governor (FAC), Telangana, attended on Day 2. A comprehensive research report titled ‘Beyond Boundaries: GCCs Shaping Tomorrow’s Enterprises,’ was collaboratively prepared by Everest Group & SSF Global. SSF Global also published knowledge papers that compile insights and perspectives from GCC & Enterprise Services leaders on critical topics and emerging trends.
Engaging panel discussions explored subjects like Startups, the Power of Cloud, Data and AI platforms, the growing partnership between Australia & India, redefining career paths and culture, GCC enablers, and Government & Industry Forums.
