New Delhi: GHV Infra Projects Ltd, an infrastructure and construction company, announced on Monday the establishment of a subsidiary in the United Arab Emirates aimed at pursuing international market opportunities. The firm has set up a wholly-owned subsidiary, GHV Infra FZ-LLC, in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone to conduct business activities and investigate opportunities abroad, as stated in a company release. “Given the significant investments in infrastructure and construction throughout the Middle East and nearby areas, the creation of GHV Infra FZ-LLC allows us to engage in these prospects,” the statement added.
