Hyderabad, April 9 (). Industry experts, government officials and think tanks will converge on April 12 to discuss the current state of cyber security at the annual Cyber Security Knowledge (HACK) Summit 2023 in Hyderabad.
Organized by Hyderabad City Police Commissionerate and Hyderabad City Security Council (HCSC), the summit will discuss strategies to build talent and bridge the skill gap in the sector and protect our businesses from cyber threats.
The HCSC Cyber Security Summit 2023 promises to provide a platform for networking and collaboration between cyber security professionals, industry leaders and government agencies.
Information Technology Minister KT Rama Rao, Home Minister Mohammad Mahmood Ali, former IPS officer Sanjay Sahai and badminton star Jwala Gutta will attend the summit.
HCSC President and Commissioner of Police CV Anand said, “Cybercrime, the new epidemic, has infiltrated every aspect of our society now more than ever. Therefore, we must stand united and commit to being vigilant and informing citizens and businesses.

Santosh Kaveeti, joint secretary of the Cyber Forum, said the forum is planning to launch monthly business contacts, a series of short films to promote awareness in the community, and ongoing programs such as the Cyber Smart program and Cyber Squad for schools. HCSC is a non-profit society, which brings together Hyderabad City Police Commissionerate, various establishments, government agencies and citizens to promote safety in the city. Focusing on women safety, traffic safety, infrastructure safety and cyber security, HCSC adopts Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model and collaborates with stakeholders from various sectors to create awareness and enhance security .
