Barmer. Gram Panchayat Tamlore’s Sarpanch, Hindu Singh Tamlore, has strongly objected to Baytu MLA Harish Choudhary’s allegations of caste-based discrimination in Tamlore village regarding the Jal Jeevan Mission during a Rajasthan Assembly session.
During a press conference on Sunday, Hindu Singh Tamlore stated that senior leaders should not make misleading and divisive caste-based remarks on a respected platform like the Assembly. He claimed that Harish Choudhary’s statement about some villagers not receiving water supply was completely false and misleading.

He challenged the MLA to visit the village and see the reality for himself. He further emphasized that all government schemes, including housing, road construction, and the Jal Jeevan Mission, have benefited everyone without any discrimination. The water supply project is almost complete, and minor pressure issues in houses situated at higher elevations will soon be resolved with the cooperation of the concerned department.
Hindu Singh Tamlore accused Harish Choudhary of repeatedly raising caste-based issues, which creates divisions in society. He asserted that such actions not only harm the unity of Barmer district but also undermine the dignity of institutions like the Assembly and the Governor’s office.
He demanded that Harish Choudhary apologize before the Assembly Speaker for his misleading and false remarks against the people of the region.
