Ludhiana, May 5 (). Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Friday challenged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to hang him publicly if corruption of even a penny is found against him.
In his address at an event after dedicating 80 Aam Aadmi Clinics in Punjab’s Ludhiana city, Kejriwal said the central government has put investigative agencies behind him to prove that he is a thief.
They put CBI, ED, Income Tax and Police after me. Why? There is only one objective, which is to prove by any means that Kejriwal is a thief and to prove that he is involved in corruption.
Kejriwal was questioned by the CBI in the Delhi Excise Policy case, in which former Deputy CM Manish Sisodia is already behind bars, Kejriwal challenged the Prime Minister, saying: I want to tell Modi ji that if Kejriwal is corrupt No one is honest in the world. I want to tell them that the day you find corruption of even a paisa against Kejriwal, hang me publicly. But stop this everyday gimmick and spectacle.
