Bengaluru, May 11 (). Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai on Wednesday said that even though the projections of each exit poll show different figures, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is set to get a clear majority.
Talking to reporters in Haveri, he said, “The exit poll results are not 100 per cent correct as it will be minus five to ten per cent.”
Every agency or channel has given a different figure and it is not the same, he said. We must wait for the exact results on 13th May. This time there will be no recourse politics as BJP will get a clear majority.
The Karnataka Chief Minister also said that the entire ground report has given a clear majority to the BJP.
Meanwhile, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has thanked the party workers and the people of Karnataka.
Said, I would like to thank the workers of Babbar Sher and the Congress leaders for a well conducted, dignified and solid people-oriented campaign. Thank you to the people of Karnataka for coming out in large numbers to vote for a progressive future.
