Bhubaneswar: On Saturday, Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi visited the residence of Leader of Opposition and BJD president Naveen Patnaik to inquire about his well-being. Patnaik had been discharged from a private hospital on August 20 after receiving treatment for dehydration, having been admitted on August 17. Majhi spent approximately 15 minutes at Naveen Niwas, engaging in conversation with the BJD leader. This marked Majhi’s second visit to Naveen Niwas, as he had previously visited in June last year to invite Patnaik to his oath-taking ceremony. On August 20, both Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge reached out to Patnaik while he was hospitalized, wishing him a speedy recovery.
