Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed condolences for the lives lost in the Kurnool bus accident in Andhra Pradesh. He declared an ex-gratia payment of ₹2 lakh for each deceased person’s family. Additionally, those injured in the incident will receive ₹50,000 from the Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund (PMNRF). The Prime Minister conveyed his sorrow over the tragedy in Kurnool district and extended his thoughts to the affected individuals and their families during this challenging time. He is also praying for the quick recovery of the injured.
