Pavit Singh, founder & Managing Partner of Ileseum Clubs, which collaborated with Sumadhura on this project, stated that the initiative is redefining community living by merging fitness, leisure, and culture into a cohesive, purpose-driven ecosystem. The 60 percent increase in demand for high-end, curated experiences reflects how Indian consumers are adopting a more immersive and aspirational lifestyle. Industry experts see this launch as a pivotal moment for Hyderabad’s luxury real estate sector, aligning the city with global metropolises recognized for their integrated, lifestyle-focused developments.
