The traffic police announced that from June 1, no postal challans will be issued for traffic rules caught through CCTV cameras, social media, speed radar guns, handy cams, etc. Invoices will be sent through SMS to the registered mobile numbers.
Police further said that people can get information about their pending challans by visiting the website echallan dot transport dot zoovi dot in and click on get challan detail.
The link to check your pending traffic challan is also available on the homepage of the official website of Chandigarh Traffic Police under the Services tab.
