India Secures Bronze After Losing to Indonesia in Semifinals

In Guwahati, India concluded their journey in the BWF World Junior Mixed Team Championships by winning a bronze medal. Despite a valiant effort, the Indian team was unable to defeat the defending champions, Indonesia, in the semifinals held on Friday. Earlier, the Indian squad had achieved a historic first medal in the mixed-team event by defeating former champions Korea. However, they fell short against Indonesia, losing with scores of 35-45 and 21-45. Indonesia will now compete against the winner of the other semifinal match between China, a 14-time champion, and Japan.
