This Week's New OTT Content: Latest Shows and Films

Numerous new series and films are launching on JioHotstar, Netflix, and Amazon Prime Video this week. Here are the key releases. The Family Man S3 is set to launch on 21 November on Amazon Prime Video, featuring Manoj Bajpayee, Jaideep Ahlawat, Priyamani, Nimrat Kaur, among others. The plot follows Srikant Tiwari as he returns to face new missions while managing family issues, all packed with action, drama, and high-stakes operations. The Bengal Files will also release on 21 November on ZEE5 and OTTplay Premium, starring Darshan Kumar, Mithun Chakraborty, Pallavi Joshi, and Anupam Kher.

This film, directed by Vivek Agnihotri, is centered on Direct Action Day and the Noakhali riots, depicting the violence associated with the Bengal Partition through the eyes of a CBI officer. The Roses arrives on 20 November via JioHotstar, featuring actors like Benedict Cumberbatch, Olivia Colman, and Andy Samberg. This movie explores the unexpected challenges faced by a couple, Ivy and Theo, in a reimagining of The War of the Roses. Train Dreams, releasing on 21 November on Netflix, stars Joel Edgerton, Felicity Jones, and William H. Macy, and tells the story of Robert Grainier, a logger in early America, detailing his simple life against the backdrop of railway expansion.

Back to Black, which premieres on 17 November on Netflix, features Sam Taylor-Johnson, Jack O’Connell, and Eddie Marsan, and chronicles the life of singer Amy Winehouse, focusing on her early years, career, and the making of her iconic album. Finally, Homebound, releasing on 21 November on Netflix, stars Ishaan Khatter, Vishal Jethwa, and Janhvi Kapoor, telling the story of two childhood friends from a small village aspiring to join the police, navigating the pressures their dreams create on their friendship, directed by Neeraj Ghaywan.
